I contacted the office on the recommendation of my daughter for my husband's MVA. Arnie Cherkoss called and was so great about giving me counsel and advice. DWP handled my personal injury case and I couldn't have been happier with their representation. It was a fall injury while suffered on the job. My case was two-fold as it involved Worker's Comp and then the personal injury. I broke my elbow, chipped my teeth and had a head/neck injury and went through treatments for well over two year. DWP first referred me to a Worker's Comp attorney they work with that handled that side. WC was offering me zero and closed the case, but the attorney appealed and got me far more than that! Strategic Litigation Excellence Tim Williams and staff with Dwyer Williams and Potter lifted a significant burden from my shoulders. I came to them with a unique and complicated case affecting my daughter after being rejected by 3 other offices. I was at a dead end, or so I thought. I'm positive most of us would prefer to not be in the position of needing to hire an attorney.
