In the past 6 years, we have used Paul's services for all of our property needs from sales to neighbor issues to dealing with a pushy company wanting us to sign a release for a sewer repair they had contracted out after their employees had severed it. Paul took care of the issue without a signed release.

I don't believe I have ever met Paul in person. This is a testament to how easy and convenient he has made my life as a landlord. I have a place in Bend, but I live elsewhere. He responds to emails and inquiries in a very timely manner and handles things efficiently. I also appreciate that he takes time to explains things without charging me for every 30 seconds of a phone call. Highly recommend.
