I was involved in a very lengthy house deal that ended poorly. Paul Heatherman and his team have been great I could not have found or hoped for a better lawyer to represent me. He and his team have provided excellent customer service always returning phone calls and emails promptly, and answering any of the multiple questions I had for him. The cost of his services was also far beyond fair he quoted me a price and even though his time spent exceeded that he stuck to his quote. He was always on top of everything and well informed about my case. At trial he argued very well and aggressively which was needed as the opposing lawyer was very combative and generally very difficult throughout the case. If you find yourself in need of a lawyer this is who I would call and he will remain my lawyer in the future for whatever I will need one for.

don't waste anymore time looking..You found him!! Paul Heatherman is the best attorney you could hope for!!! I had a very emotionally painful eviction process that involved family, and was very hard. Paul told me from day one the key points I needed to make. He then put up with numerous emails and loads of unnecessary documentation as I prepared for this extremely painful process, just to find out at trial, that it was not necessary as the points he originally made were the only ones needed. He handled the case with super professional wording and style. We won our case, and he and his staff have made sure I have all the documentation and knowledge I need to go forward with my business successfully. They answered every call and made sure I never worried about what to do next. I will always use Paul for all my attorney needs.

We found Paul to be very straightforward and approachable, and in one visit was able to answer our questions and make suggestions regarding a tenant issue. We found it refreshing that he didn't need to make a big production out of our problem, but instead cut right to the chase; we left feeling like we had the answers we needed to be able to resolve our issue ourselves. One caveat: I didn't see in his office acres of shelving filled with expensive law books. If a million-dollar office environment is important to you, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want straightforward, no-nonsense answers to your legal issues, Paul is your man. Thumbs up!
