I would say please don’t waste your time unless you have $10,000 plus. I just paid 300 to basically be told I am stupid. It was the worst experience at a law firm I think I have ever experienced. Shelly is condescending I was really surprised an attorney would be so unfriendly and rude.

I am disabled and in need of help and when I called them they stopped me before I could even finish explaining my problem and told me that they weren't going to help me there's nothing they could do for me really that's crazy because exactly what I was explaining is exactly what they say that they do what a useless company. So disrespectful, I saw all the great reviews and I thought this might be the perfect place now I just realized that some of these clients say supposedly help I just making up these great reviews to give them credit that they don't deserve wow to think about it I almost put my trust in them I could have screwed myself over

I've had to serve a lot of defendants in my career as a legal assistant working in civil litigation and family law. Out of all the process servers I've used in the Portland metro area (and I've been down a veritable laundry list of them), Tea at Solid Serve Legal has been by far the most responsive, proactive, and on top of things. She regularly gets parties served on time or several days before relevant deadline, and routinely goes above and beyond anyone's reasonable expectations for a process server. Tired of following up on proofs of service? Servers blowing their opportunities to get a defendant or respondent served? Having to handhold or explain every little detail?
