Katina St.Marie is the best 'courtroom lawyer' I've ever observed in person - and I'm nearly 70 years old and have seen more than my share. Artistic (that's the best word I can think of) combination of (i) believable passion precisely when appropriate, (ii) great attention to detail, (iii) just the right courtroom temperment, and (iv) not losing the 'forest for the trees' - the most important characteristic of all. Best cross-examining I've ever seen, best 'closing statement' I've ever seen. Based on my experience, if you want "the right result," she's your lawyer.

Unhelpful from beginning to end. They will force you to meet with an “advocate” who has no real interest in helping and you won’t get past her if you want legal assistance. Waste of time. Again, unhelpful.

I have had Katina as my lawyer during a separation that involved my 5 yr old son at that time. A few years of me not giving up on trying to establish some contact with my son and his father not "allowing" me any contact with him whatsoever. Since I made absolutely no progress of my own, and wanted legal advise, I called upon Katina for legal consult and advice as the biological mother. Katina knows Family Law inside and out and devised for me the best letter requesting what I ask for. She sent it to Texas where father and son have lived for years since he picked up and moved as I was making progress to reconnect with my boy.
