Katina Saint Marie has her office here too, and, she is FABULOUS!! I couldn't find an attorney, and, she took on my case, with less than a WEEK until trial!! But, not only that. It is VERY obvious, she is a FANTASTIC attorney!! I feel so lucky, and happy!! And, very relieved!!

Dan is not only exceptional at what he does, he is also a genuine and kind soul. I was facing a very difficult situation and some charges (false charges I might add) that would have left a hefty scar. He worked diligently on getting my case dismissed, and just yesterday it was dismissed! Words cannot express my gratitude. I am also very fond of his receptionist, Sam. She is so warm and kind. I remember showing up at the office unannounced, she had only met me once and she remembered my name and made small conversation to make me feel more comfortable. It was noticed and more than appreciated.

Don't waste you time and money! Very hard to get in touch with about my case and never got results. Had to end up firing her! Her solution was to pay some of her friends to consult and charge me more money!

I hired Ms. Saint Marie for assistance with a divorce. She was unable to answer any questions during the entire proceedings. When it came to going to court, she immediately panicked after my spouse was allowed to ask some questions. She pulled me out for a minute and told me we HAD to settle as the judge was biased? I didn't have a say in any of it. Then later I had no income, so she agreed to allow me to pay when the spousal support kicked in. I called the office to ask a question, and was told unless I brought my account balance to zero she would not talk to me. (I owed less than $200.00) I then borrowed the money and sent a letter asking questions, she responded with her own letter 'not' answering any questions, but finding fault with how I wrote my letter and billing me for drafting the note.! UNBELIEVABLE, and soooo disappointing as I have never been through any of this before.

Daniel was professional and honest with us from the beginning. And then he was AMAZING! He unraveled the prosecutions case like the cheap sweater it was. We recommend him with 5 stars. (He is also a really nice guy)
