Although I had a general idea of what filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy involved (from readily available online information), I knew I needed help, qualified legal help. Kim patiently answered all my questions and continually provided me with solid advice. Chapter 7 takes about four months from start to finish, and there's lots of paperwork required.
