I was treated with such respect and promptness regarding my bankruptcy, it was such a distressing stressful time for me having to file, but kim and her staff were so very patient , kind and always right there for me to guide me and listen to my concerns and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process . I would highly recommend kim as your bankruptcy attorney. I was so very thankful and relieved when it was all said and done . Give her office a call !!!!! She will take good care of you.

Kim and her staff were always professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I successfully completed a five-year long Chapter 13 Bankruptcy with Kim’s help. She was always available to quickly answer questions and make tweaks to the plan. I only had to meet twice in-person and the rest of the time we needed to communicate, it was through email or a phone call. Do not hesitate to hire Kim if you live outside of the Eugene area.

I recently went through a bankruptcy, something I was very nervous about. Upon first contact with Kim, I felt immediately at ease, and felt validated for my situation and my concerns. Kim was highly professional, prompt, proper, and led me step by step through the entire process. I felt completely prepared when it finally came to the day of our hearing. 90% of the other people in court, were not well prepared, due to a lack of prep by their attorneys. I highly recommend Kim for your legal needs. She is top notch.
