It has been almost two years since I filed for bankruptcy and it was one of the best things I have done. Kim made the process very comfortable and straightforward. Kim is very knowledgeable and gave great advice. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about bankruptcy.

Kim was personable, knowledgeable, and understanding of our unique situation. She was surprisingly responsive (often within a day) to our questions and concerns. She utilized the knowledge of her law partner to know specifically if we should file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 petition and she explained it to us in detail to make the decision easier. She is well respected and experienced within the court system and is a great hand-holder and strong advocate for all of her anxious and inexperienced clients. We *highly* recommend Kim!

Kim helped my husband and I navigate through a Chapter 13. We had complicating situations but she was on top of them all the way through! We felt free to email or call her at anytime and were treated with respect by the office and Kim always made time to solve whatever came up. She is very professional and makes large problems seem smaller! Thank you Kim!!

Kim Covington handled our bankruptcy case quickly and efficiently. She held our hand through the process and provided quick and timely responses to our emails with questions.
