Kim has been patient, comforting, informative, and overall, a real pleasure to work with in the stressful situation of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What I find remarkable about her is not only her high level of competence, experience, and knowledge in her field, but how personable she has been throughout the process. She gives the feeling that she takes a real and sincere interest in her clients as individuals and she's on your side. I can't really claim that filing for Chapter 7 can be a pleasant experience - all things considered. But Kim certainly made it as painless as possible. Add to this that she is a pleasure to work with and more than willing to answer all my questions ... this is about as good as Ch 7 can get. I recommend her without reservation.
