Multiple lawsuits in regards to myself that you have kept all of the revenue from how can you take a vulnerable person and Sue over half of the state on behalf of them and then keep them in the dark I didn't consult you you took it upon yourself to do this on behalf of me who you have been trying tokill

John is an incredible attorney. He is dedicated, punctual, professional, and aggressive. He is one of a kind. He told me to trust his process and I am so thankful for him. Not only for his work, but the reassurance and guidance. He genuinely cares and shows it. He will not give you false hope and lays everything out. Two of the most precious things in my life were priority and he made sure my voice and problems were heard. He is extremely well versed, direct, and no nonsense. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to John by a co-worker, and after my initial consultation I knew he was the attorney for the job. John is a fantastic lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable, and communicated every step of the process to keep myself prepared for what was ahead. I felt that my problems were now his problems. He was able to get my kids out of the awful living situation they were in while living in another state and into my custody when the services in that state failed to ensure my kid’s safety. He was relentless when the other party thought they could weasel their way out of the situation. He is no nonsense and to the point, and you will truly believe he is out for your best interest in both the situation and financially. I am so thankful for John, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney to represent them.

I have used Mr. Woodworth a couple of times on landlord/tenant cases. He was amazing to say the least. The only person in the world that i know that has left my husband wanting to cry when he left his office lol. He is 100% straight forward and knows the law like the back of his hand. Sadly he no longer practices Landlord Tenant Law any more cuz i could sure use him right now.

John said, “I need you to lay your head down at night trusting that I will handle this case.” I trusted John with my family and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. His knowledge, expertise, and experience is second to none.

The good: Kyle is smart and he knows HOW to be lawyer. He interviews well and makes you think its a good idea to hire him. As all lawyers do, he wants an extraordinary amount of money up front The bad: In my own experience, he disappears after he gets the retainer. Gone. No calls. No emails. A week before my important deadline I called him thinking he had my papers drawn up. Nope. He hadn't even looked at them yet. I felt like I was being scammed. 6 months later, DAYS BEFORE MY TRIAL, same thing. He disappeared for weeks. Ignored emails from me AND the opposing counsel, all of us wondering what was going on. He just ghosted everyone. It could not be more obvious he didn't care about me or my case, or worse, my relationship with my child. The ugly: I will never work with this man again as a lawyer. Remember, once they have your retainer, you are stuck with them. Make sure you choose who "represents" you carefully.

Kyle is a great salesperson, he will sell you on how good he is in court, what he feels the outcome of your case will be, and his timelines for getting things completed. But I promise you will only find yourself frustrated, alone, and walking around with a much lighter wallet if you choose to put the faith of your case in Kyle. Over 6 weeks went by and nothing got completed. Kyle has missed every single timeline he sold me on, he lied about getting things to the court on time, and then he stopped replying altogether. No phone calls, no more emails, no voicemails. Nothing. I did receive one last reply from Kyle, but that was only after threatening to go to the Oregon State Bar for negligence. His response was a document for me to sign. A document that I had already signed weeks prior and that he promised would be uploaded to the court system when I had initially signed it. Then he apologized that he could not find the original copy. He still has my retainer though...that little task he took care of right away. OSB has my complaint now since Kyle has cut off all communication. Sadly, I am sure that I am not the only one. Kyle, I don't know if you will even read this since you don't appear to care anymore, but your professionalism really needs some help.

Mr. Woodworth is incredibly thorough and does an amazing job. His attention to the details, unrivaled experience, and understanding of what it means to his clients absolutely shows in the job that he does. I fully recommend Mr. Woodworth.

John is an amazing person to have on your side. He’s won all my cases. He’s knowledgeable and makes you feel cared about. He enjoys his work and puts in all the efforts to make sure your voice is heard. I don’t know what I would have done without him all these years. My eyes actually well up with tears describing how victorious and empowered I feel as a woman fighting for my truth. He’s always been on my side. Truly grateful for him. You should hire him. Quality. Greatness. Intelligence. And, even somewhere in his soul there is love for all his clients. : )
