Professional, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Those are the three words I would use to describe Mr. Woodworth. As a single father, I needed help to maintain my parental rights. Mr. Woodworth was very helpful through all stages of my problem, from negotiating parenting time and custody through trial. I would not hesitate to have John Woodworth represent me again for any other family law matter.

Mr. Woodworth helped me through a very tough child custody case. He was very knowledgeable and was excellent communicating with me. My case was outside of Lane County. You know you have a great attorney when the presiding judge from the other county practically begs for your attorney to come to that county more often. The reason for that was because Mr. Woodworth knew the laws inside out and upside down and was able to educate the judge and opposing counsel as to the REAL laws and procedures (which were different from what that county had been going by). I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Woodworth!!!

Truly amazing and dedicated attorney. I originally hired him for a child custody case and ended up using him for a restraining order and stalking order cases as well. Not very helpful on the defense side. I felt that he didn’t take the time to really look into my case and treated me as though I was guilty. Wanted an absurd amount for a retainer and tried to convince me to just pay off the plaintiff and didn’t offer any other options. As a women I feel as though he is on the men’s side regardless.
