Here it is a few years later and I still think of Mr. Foy and his staff (family). I was given to Mr. Foy through the court system and it was the best thing that could have happened to me throughout my experience with the law. Mr. Foy always addressed my concerns, gave me valuable advice, he was very empathetic, and always tried to see things from my perspective. I bugged this poor man constantly, because it was my first and only encounter with the law like this. I was worried I was forgot about and that I would just be left to accept whatever the judge gave me. That wasn't the case with Mr.Foy. He and his staff addressed and responded to my calls and emails in a very timely manner and with dignity and compassion. He always made me feel like my case was the only one he had and he was working his hardest to get the outcome I deserved. It turned out in the end that the outcome was amazing and to this day I will always owe it to Mr.Foy and his staff (family) for fighting for me, believing in me and always being there to pick my spirits up when I thought all hope was lost. I can not thank this man enough for what he did for me.

I live in a southern state, and recently realized I had a legal matter in northeast Oregon, from before meeting my wife of 11 years. I immediately contacted attorneys, and only one office returned my call. It was the office of Brandon Foy, which I had hoped for after reading all the positive reviews. He was prompt, personal in his handling of the matter, and as stated in other reviews, experienced. He followed his intuition (due I'm sure to his experience) on how to address the case, and resolved it favorably and kept every promise, though extremely busy. Brandon's office was amazing at answering my questions. He was down to earth and I always felt like I was getting the answers I needed with no fluff.

I had an Assault 4 Dv Felony case. I was told by another law firm to go with Brandon Foy because of his experience with not being a defense attorney and a prosecuting attorney. I am so glad I did. I was a able to trust him fully. He was very tactical with opening and closing statements along with questioning and cross examination. He didn't cloud the the jury with useless information. Hopefully I will never be in that position but if I am I would use Brandon Foy again.

Hiring Brandon was a very smart decision (the reason for the need, not smart)! Brandon kept in good contact throughout the process and helped me obtain the best outcome in relation to this offense being my first trouble in my 50 years. What kind of man do you want fighting for you.??I recently went through the absolutely most traumatic experience of my life. While traveling through Oregon on my way home to another state, l was arrested for a DWI. I was not even drinking. I was told by law enforcement that l could not leave the state and to make matters worse it WAS a Sunday. I have responsibilities l could not stay in Oregon. Lawyers don't work on Sunday!!! I was terrified!!! Mr. Foy returned my call right away. Taking away from his Sunday to help someone he did not know but what is so impressive to me is that after finding out l was arrested in a county that he does not even practice in, this kind man (he knew he wouldn't really even make any money helping me) still spent probably about an hour or more explaining to my husband and l everything l needed to know and how the laws work. I still cannot believe a "lawyer" or really any one person would give up part of their weekend to help someone they don't even know, especially when there would be no financial gain in it for them. Furthermore, Mr. Foy KNOWS his business explaining expertly and precisely, in a way that someone who has never dealt with the law can easily understand. I am so grateful that he was good enough to call me back that Sunday afternoon. Honestly l do not know what l would have done. I was so scared and he made me feel so much better with his knowledge and compassion. That just goes to show what kind of a person he is. That is the kind of man l want fighting for me. I will forever remember what he did for us.

He was very informative and gave me so many invaluable tools to help me be prepared go to traffic court as well as beneficial steps to take to try to avoid court. His knowledge and connections are definitely worth the cost of his services. I am very happy with my experience with him.

Brandon really went up and beyond to help me take care of my DUII after my hearing he sat down with me and the aid to make sure my processing went smoothly, he also made sure I had all of the information that I needed for anything after my case. He was very personable, I would recommend him to anybody taking care of a DUII in the hood river area.
