this case was one that is rarely over turned ,But Brandon built a good case around me and it was in fact over turned not only that but to get heart felt speech from the Judge at the end was priceless

I received a traffic violation of 100+ mph. I was in fear of $1200 fine, driver record ruined and suspension of license for 90 days. I hired Brandon after consulting with him and he gave me a peace of mind and his assistant Jenn was super helpful. Brandon stayed on top of ticket by contacting the Officer and Prosecutor. Brandon worked out a great deal for me and was able to get the ticket dismissed. Really friendly and honest person. Totally recommended in East Oregon. A true lawyer you are Brandon!

One of my CDL Drivers received a citation that was not made out in his name. Could have just went to court and pointed it out and hopefully had it thrown out yet we were concerned that the individual who's name was on the ticket could have had legal issues themselves if we didn't handle it correctly. Contacted Brandon and he handled it for us, getting the ticket dropped and cleared the name of the other individual. Brandon was very professional in approaching this and explained in detail all of our options. We'll without a doubt contact Brandon in the future if needed. I usually do my meetings face-to-face and seal the deal with a hand shake. This was hard to do as I was 819 miles away and traveling to Oregon was not an option.
