Had to sue a company for a pay issue. When doing research myself, I thought I could get a certain amount in small claims. Then I went on avvo to verify that I was right about a few details. Other attorneys said I was wrong, then Michael noticed it and we exchanged some emails and I went and met with him. I ended up getting about 10 times what I thought I would get in small claims court. Of course, various attorney fees needed to come out of that, but still MUCH more than I expected. Soon after that started, I needed to do similar to another company. Michael assisted with that and Michael absolutely destroyed them just like he did the first. If you need an attorney for any business matters, this is your guy. There's one review that complained about his lack of communication but, guess what guys, he's a lawyer. He's busy. He's got other jobs besides you. That said, I never had an issue with him not replying to emails. I'm pretty sure the guy works 24/7 and doesn't sleep because something he'd email me in the middle of the night. Don't waste your time with other attorneys. Start here.

Joe guided me through a workman's comp case. He was never hard to get in touch with and always had the answers I was looking for. He didn't mind answering the stupid questions and never made me feel like I didn't matter. We settled the case and we got what we asked for. After the fact there were some other issues involving the case. Joe took the time to straighten it out for me. I would certainly recommend him to any one in my situation.

I worked with Michael previously for over a year, and he has been my registered agent for an additional year, now. He helped me straighten out my business registration when I decided to go LLC, after I had already registered my name as an ABN. Oops. He also gave me a brief crash course in the existence of "business credit." Any time I have emailed him, I received a response within hours, sometimes minutes. He was extremely easy to work with as a coworker before I started my business, and he has been extremely easy to work with as my RA. His pricing for being an RA is so cheap compared to other business expenses, and it has given me peace of mind I have this little attorney angel watching over incoming mail and deadlines for renewal.
