Micheal helped us out with a really bad situation with a general contractor that we hired to do a bunch of work. He was very responsive, easy to talk to, and very professional. It was a very stressful time for my wife and I. Micheal was always a step ahead and made the situation as positive as possible. The end result was impressive and we really enjoyed working with Michael!

I don’t understand why I keep getting demands from an attorney who constantly changes their fee amount when I’ve never made any sort of deal or arrangement with her. I feel I’m being harassed for my money. I’ve already refused the demands and I figured something would have been filed by now but instead I keep getting new demands with the fee amount increased. I can and have always respected my opposing attorney even when I’ve lost as I understand they are simply doing their job. My responses here are consistently ignored while I have never ignored anything addressed to me. I had someone damage property and even with video evidence and a witness they still deny my accusations? I don’t agree with the type of people you stand for and that you don’t even try to make some agreement with a losing case. Feels very unethical. Things have been extremely dragged out due to COVID-19 and I feel it is being taken advantage of as I had my property damaged but I’m having to pay for it because I can’t get a court date with everything closed. Also I will note that the consistent spelling errors in the emailed responses come off as unprofessional as some responses have been completely ineligible. I hope going forward I never cross paths with that attorney again, that aside, I still wish her good fortune in her career as an attorney. If anyone from the firm reads this, I highly appreciate that and thank them for taking the time to do so.

0 stars. Mr. Stevens sent me an email, time stamped 2:49am on a Saturday morning, that was full of false information and faulty accusations. He did not check the information his client provided him against the police report or responding officer's bodycam footage, which told a completely different story. He did not even have the correct date of the incident listed and did not provide any reply when I asked in return why his client had not simply provided me with his insurance information, that reason being that his client did not have valid auto insurance.

I called Mr. Stevens office for some counsel about a situation I was having at my workplace. Firstly, I was a bit nervous calling, it’s not every day I need to speak with a lawyer... but Kim, who answered the phone, was very friendly and courteous and made me feel at ease. When talking to Mr. Stevens I felt like he really took time to listen to me and thoroughly understand my situation. He was friendly, courteous and fully engaged in the conversation. Lots of Q&A I felt he had my best interest in mind and gave me some great Insight. I am still deciding what to do but if I go forward I will definitely be hiring him as my lawyer. I feel complete confidence in his ability to represent my case. Thank you Michael and Kim for outstanding service!!!

Michael was great from start to finish! He is very knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and a straight shooter, which makes it easy to trust him. I felt like my case mattered and that he got to know me. At one point he said he had a 'smoking gun' and told me not to go looking because he knows that's exactly what I was going to do. During the deposition he was calm and held his demeanor while proving the defendant was lying multiple times, shocking even the defense attorney with things he had dug up. It was actually fun to watch. I trust him so much I've gone to him about other issues and he is my first and only recommendation for anyone that might need him in their corner.

David has given our family hope again! Prior to hiring David, we had hired another attorney that was not even close to David's performance. David is very knowledgeable in immigration laws and accessible. He has always answered our questions and made sure we understood what was our next step.
