Annalise Lang and her paralegal Trina Boam are highly competent, empathetic, and professional. I'm the son of an attorney and as such, I'm a bit critical of attorneys. I originally did some research and found out to locate someone like Laura in her trade is a challenging task she is a very rare person. Laura took the time to understand what was really going on, she let me cry, she prayed with me and then she got right to business. Laura noted my situation and kept me from going in unnecessary directions and giving in too much. She was quick to block unrealistic requests from the other team, she was very accurate right from the start with costs and expected monthly support that I would be providing. She was not shy about calling out nonsense requests and stopped people in their tracks. She was willing to be as aggressive as I wanted to be and advised me from making mistakes and caving in to pressure from the other team.
