22 years ago I went through a divorce without competent legal help. Three years ago I felt I had paid my alimony obligation and wanted it to come to an end. I spent considerable time researching divorce attorneys in Oregon before selecting Schantz Lang PC. I cannot speak highly enough of the help and approach of Laura and her team. The matter was complex and required skilled negotiation abilities which they brought to the table. Expectations were well managed. Great care was taken in communicating fully and quickly. I believe any client would feel comfortable and understood. If you have difficulties with any divorce or family matter I would recommend this firm without reservation.

Laura did an excellent job of navigating through a number of unusual and difficult circumstances. She was responsive and always communicated with me regarding my case. She was honest and upfront on everything, even on things I didn't want to hear. In the end, she did a great job of negotiating a reasonable settlement and stayed engaged to the very end to make sure it was closed and final. I truly appreciate her work and would recommend her to anyone.

Annalise and her team are amazing!

When I first contacted Schantz Lang, I was 6 years into a very contentious co-parenting battle. In those 6 years I worked with 3 separate attorneys from different firms on various issues from my divorce to parenting time modifications and enforcement actions. All of them were personable, professional, compassionate and seemed very competent. However, all of them over-committed and under-delivered. Each time I was left with a hefty legal bill and few results. The situation seemed hopeless, desperate and there was no end in sight. Annalise was the first attorney who didn't tell me exactly what I wanted to hear. At first it made me wonder whether she was the right person to represent me; that maybe she didn't understand the complexity of our situation. But as it turned out, not only did she understand better than anyone, she also knew exactly what it would take to be successful. She was very clear on what we could reasonably achieve and how to reach our desired outcome. Annalise and Julie were fantastic to work with.
