I retained this attorney for a custody modification case. As other reviews have stated, she did not appear to want to be an advocate for me at all, and it felt like pulling teeth to get basic information from her. Her attitude during our consultation was quite off putting, and I felt as if I wasn't needed or wanted as a paying customer/client. When she left the firm she was at to start a new one, I declined to join her as a client. You should too.

I retained Ms. Pedemonte last summer to represent me during my divorce after a one hour consultation with her. During the consultation she asked specific questions about my situation and gave me what turned out to be very accurate estimations of what I could expect during the process as well as outcomes regarding child support and alimony. Every meeting we had together was focused and efficient and trial prep went very smoothly. She was very timely in her responses to my questions and needs as was her amazing support staff. I felt she was always working for my best interest and helped me keep focused on the most important issues of my case. During a preliminary hearing and the three days of our trial, Ms. Pedemonte presented a well rounded case and argued passionately for me.
