I found myself sitting in front of Jessica after I had gave a previous lawyer thousands of dollars to screw everything up beyond belief, to a point that I didn't know if I would ever have a relationship with my little girl or not... What took the previous lawyer a year to screw up it only took Jessica one time in front of the judge and we got everything we ask for... You might not always agree or like what she tells you Lol but she's straight forward and tells you her honest opinion witch is a lot better than an attorney that just tells you what you want to hear... She's honest, very knowledgeable and will fight for you.. Jessica if you read this I know I've told you before but can't possibly ever tell you enough.... Thankyou so much for everything... In my opinion you went above and beyond fighting for my little girl and I and will never forget what you have done for us.. You gave me the gift of having a relationship with my daughter and for that I'm always in your debt.....

I hired Jessica Pedemonte after firing John Eckrem for not doing his job. Sad I didn't find her sooner but glad I did! Let me just say it was a breath of fresh air working with Jessica. Even just going into the office felt better. The staff are very attentive, competent and friendly. Jessica is very informative, understanding and actually cares about her cases/ clients. She would always get back to me either the same day I contacted her or within 24 hours. She was 100 percent on my case from the very start. Filing everything that needed to be filed at a fast timely manner. Always keeping me up to date about what is going on. Not to mention she was also playing catch up from what my last lawyer failed to do but she did it and very well. Court is a very scary thing to have to go through but she always reassured me and made me feel comfortable. When it came to going to court I can't even express enough how happy I am. She represented me and my case so well. She is very good at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone I know. I am proud to say that I won my case and then some. I won full sole custody of my children and everything I wanted out of my divorce. All thanks to Jessica Pedemonte! If I ever need another attorney she will be my go to girl!

I would recommend Garren to anybody who is looking for help in a Criminal Defense case. At the consultation I really felt like he didn't care how much time he had to spend to learn everything about my current situation and I knew I was talking to a professional. When my ex-husband left for another women and filed for divorce without me having a clue I turned to Jessica. I felt I was playing catch up with four kids, a mortgage, job, and a part-time student she caught me up to speed on what I needed to do next. He had already retained a lawyer and she took my case and I received everything I wanted. My children, the house, and support! Starting with my initial visit, Jessica was clear with everything that I should expect in court. Though, from the start, it seemed my custody case would likely end in (What I thought was an outcome) shared custody, Jessica was still vigilant with collecting as many details as possible to strengthen my case. I paid Jessica Pedemonte a $100 fee for an hour consultation starting at 10:00 A.M. She led me into her office at 10:10 and then completed the consultation at 10:40 for a total of about 30 minutes. During the consultation, I told her about a case that I wanted an advocate for with DHS. Rather than telling me what all of my options might be, she concluded before knowing any of the facts that I would lose a case with them (she did not even mention I could defend myself in a case with them), and then tried to convince me that losing is not so bad. The issue had to do with child custody, and she tried to minimize the importance of custodial rights without knowing any details of my situation. I had to bring up the possibility of particular options, but she did not pursue these very far and frankly seemed unwilling to help me. Contrary to her claim on her website, she is definitely not an aggressive advocate, and she charged me for an hour's time but only spent 30 minutes with me.

Jessica, is so informative, knowledgable and made me feel so much better having her in my corner. I would refer her 1 million percent , she was very honest, never gave me false hope, but fought for me to the end, she knew I was a single mom, with not a lot of money, she made sure not to over charge me, she did everything fair and inexpensive, she did twice as much as my ex's attorney and literally charged me 1/3 of what he payed. I have full custody of my daughter and her father has a very fair visitation plan. Going through a custody battle is stressful and lonely, I felt like I had a friend anytime I needed advise she was a phone call away. I am more than satisfied.

When I initially researched online for a competent expungement attorney, Garren popped right up. I dropped him an email on the weekend no less and he responded -- on the weekend! Nobody does that, except maybe Garren! I setup a time to meet with him, told him what I wanted/needed, he told me what he could do and that was that. I signed the paperwork, he kept in contact the entire time and now I have a 'clean' record. I felt Garren's pricing was very fair and it was WELL WORTH doing as I wanted to make sure it was done professionally and expediently and he did both. My husband & I recently had Jessica Pedemonte of the Jamie Hazlett firm help us with our will. She was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She was also empathetic, and made us feel comfortable with our questions, she didn't presume we knew everything, but did not talk down to us either. The cost seemed affordable.
