Would give 10 stars if I could! I reached out to Shawn after many years of being told there was not way to get 4 felony driving convictions expunged or set aside by other attorneys. He explained the process and was very honest that the path was not easy but gave me a plan to follow. His team communicated clearly and I am looking forward to purchasing my first fire arm for hunting this year!

Shawn is the best. I would recommend him to anyone who has had a past conviction and wants to get it expunged. After 30 year of having a felony conviction on my shoulders Shawn helped me to get that gone. Now that it’s gone I can do the things I hear about from other friends. I can go hunting with my dad again. Your awesome Shawn .

No charge only asked i tell others what my review was and said i would and this is it. Told me what I concluded , in my case was good minus waiting out delay which is for good also ultimately if proper people are in place. That being said , dont delay proper people from protecting ones they love in worse case scenario, God willingnot needed!!! I'd expect he would do the same if it wasn't what you hoped to hear, just facts.

I was referred to Shawn by a local gun store due to a slow background search and approval for a firearm purchase. Shawn and his staff was friendly and helpful. Shawn called me and gave me what was found and advise me on what to do next. Other than the fingerprinting there was no charge. Much appreciated.

Good man does what he says

I do not have anything negative to say about this law firm. I felt my attorney did the best he could with what he had to work with. My complaint lies with the district attorney’s office in Douglas county. I made the effort to drive all the way from Texas to Oregon and show up in person. They could not respond or return a simple phone call to my attorney. I had several letters sent in on my behalf and the only thing they want is to hear from the victim’s family whom I’ve not been in contact with for almost 30 years. And even then, there’s no guarantee they will reduce my felony charge. I’m not about to go open up old wounds for a “maybe”. You would think the letters of people who know me now would carry more weight. Not impressed with the judge or the DA’s office AT ALL. Meanwhile their county is full of criminals and drug addicts walking around being a menace to society. What a pathetic Joke. Thank you for your effort Shawn. I appreciate it.
