In the care of a Medford Oregon Health Care facility for the elderly our mother was fatally injured. We wanted to start a wrongful death suit against this facility although we have never experienced this type of tragedy. We talked to a well-known and established attorney that does a lot of advertising. Even though we had proof from the Department of Human Services that there had been a fine for elder abuse . In Sept. 2018, our son was shot and killed. We retained Kelly and David Linthorst to represent us in a lawsuit. These attorneys were a 'Godsend'. To be told by numerous attorneys throughout the State of Oregon, we didn't have a case to fight, was quite frustrating to say the very least. What happened to my mother was an absolute disgrace!!! Five and only 5 stars! They are the best! All attorney's and staff are amazing. Faith was my attorney. She is so professional and passionate about bringing justice for her clients and does it so well! She makes you feel special and trusts you and helps you through the tough journey of lawsuit.
