I was impressed with Jesse from our first meeting. I could tell he was a hard worker with focus and possesses the most important characteristic "Fire In The Belly", it shows in his work ethic. He is honest and treated each party with respect. My issue could have been a long drawn out process but Jesse was able to take care of it in a timely manner. Anytime you need a layer it's not because you want to but because you have to, at least my experience with Jesse was a good one.
