Wendell handled the estates for both of my parents after their passing. I was pleased with the service and would continue to use him. I would recommend him as a knowledgeable, honest attorney that looked out for his clients best interest.

I needed a Clackamas County attorney when I became the executor for my late friend's estate. I was referred by a Vancouver attorney who said Wendell has a great reputation. Upon meeting Wendell, I knew he was the right choice. After explaining the probate process to me, his assistant walked me to the courthouse, then to a bank, and I left Oregon City that afternoon as the court approved Personal Representative with an estate checking account. Wendell was efficient in all matters including the transfer of real property in Arizona. Wendell referred me to a CPA and the close working relationship between them was helpful due to some complex tax issues. I am grateful to Wendell and his team for their excellent service.

My husband passed away last year and Wendell handled the probate case for me. He is such a kind, considerate person. The probate was handled in approx 5 months.
