I hired David Eder from the recommendation of my boss after being struck by a vehicle while sitting at the stop sign opposite of my place of work. I am so thankful that I made the decision to do so because from the very moment we met for coffee and went through the process and signed the papers, the burden was taken off of my shoulders and dealt with for me. Thuemmel Uhle & Eder are highly competent, easy to communicate with/get ahold of, down to earth, kind, and professional. In the end, I received the max payout for a case that otherwise might have resulted in absolutely nothing for me. The settlement doesn't make up for my injuries sustained, but it sure as hell helps me recoup financial losses and pay off the resulting debt. Would recommend over and over again.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with David Eder! I was rear ended by an uninsured driver and thought I could handle the claim myself, after all I was dealing with my own insurance..I was wrong! about 2 months after my crash (wish it was sooner!) I contacted David. he has been very responsive and effective. To date he has settled my Diminished Value claim (while the bodily injury is still in process). I obtained my own DV report, again thinking I could do this on my own. The report gave a DV of $3,400, insurance only wanted to give me $1,100...I know that low ball number meant they would low ball everything. David got my insurance to pay out $3750! I couldn't believe he even got more than what the report I paid for suggested.
