Joel Sturm was a tenacious advocate on my case and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My own insurance company stopped paying my medical bills and Joel was confident walking me through the process and aggressive in ensuring all of my medical bills were paid. David Eder initially took the time to learn all of the facts about my car accident involving being rear ended by a box truck and how the injuries had impacted my life. For anyone who suffered the loss of a loved one and is being put off by the insurance company, I strongly recommend David Eder. My father was struck and killed in a crosswalk in an unfortunate accident. Even though the driver had a very good insurance policy, the insurance company put up barriers and made it difficult for us to make a claim. We also did not understand the interactions between vehicle insurance, health insurance, medicare, and hospital bills. If you don't have a lot of experience it is easy to make expensive procedural mistakes or to be taken advantage of. We were very fortunate to find David Eder. David has extensive knowledge on how to deal with the hospital, insurance companies, medicare and the court system. David was thorough and persistent. At no time did David demonize the driver or the insurance company representatives. He acknowledged that all individuals involved were trying to do their jobs given the difficult situation. I feel that this is a mark of an excellent negotiator. It avoids hardening the opposition and encourages the parties to come to a reasonable agreement. It took a huge burden off our shoulders to let David control the process through many negotiations and mediation. At every step of the way, David was sensitive, available for questions at any time, and always on top of the process. Given the situation after the accident, my brothers and I are very satisfied with the outcome.
