I could have never imagined in all my life I would be facing a Measure 11 crime. I had never been violent in my life and had a unremarkable record. I have spent over 15 years to get to the place I am now; a college educated professional with a professional license. But I found myself in an unfortunate situation where I could not escape from an abusive relationship and I acted out; one time. And that is all it took to be at risk of losing everything. I was referred to Mark from a colleague of mine whom Mark had successfully saved from loss of his professional license as well. My family and I put all our trust in Mark and his team; knowing that my entire life and the livelihood of my children depended on him. I felt immediately at ease with him. He was knowledgeable and always readily available to address my questions. It became very obvious that him and his partner Jeff Turnoy where passionate about fighting for a successful outcome of my case. They were ready for trial at any point but were also striving to resolve my matter through a plea deal. It is a very dark road to walk down the criminal justice system however him and his team kept me hopeful and brave even when I felt there couldn't possibly be a good outcome. I am beyond relieved that we were able to reach a plea deal that both saved my profession and allowed the control to be back in my hands. I ended up with a misdemeanor assault in the 4th degree conviction and a deferred sentencing for a felony. The felony will never show on my record so long as I comply with probation and my misdemeanor is expungable in 3 years. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough for quite literally saving my livelihood and my family's quality of life. When it comes to your career and future, you simply have to pick the best and most experiences attorney. Mark is just that.

Wendy Fay helped me through my divorce with efficiency and added a personal touch which made all the difference to me. I felt she genuinely cared about the well being of myself and my children. I would recommend her services to anyone!

In ANY stressful family situation you need support and guidance that is understandable, not "candy coated", fair, persistent yet not confrontational, trustworthy, and caring...you also benefit from "detail oriented", which Zimmer Family Law IS. In my case it was a lengthy, not-by-choice divorce of almost 25 years of marriage. It was probably the most difficult and emotionally draining process I hope to ever go through. A family member was accused of a sexual offense with a minor and was facing some serious charges. Mr Cogan provided superb legal action in our defense. I was looking at a mandatory minimum sentence charge that would have basically ruined my life. I know that I had committed no crime, but the system does not work that way. After some research I found Mark and emailed him at 3 am. He got back to me the next morning. We met and I explained the situation to him. You get what you pay for and what I received was excellent counsel from Mark and his staff. Mark kept me assured and abreast of the situation. This was my career, life, livelihood all on the line and Mark did an excellent job. After a few months no charges were pursued. I took his advice and he saw me as a human being. I recommend him highly.

Rob Kline and his assistant Rosie took care of everything through a complicated injury accident. I would recommend him to anybody! He's nice, comfortable to talk to and very thorough. Rosie is wonderful. She always stayed in touch and kept me informed. Absolutely 5 stars.
