Mark answered immediately on the weekend which I was relieved by. He was patient, kind, and so helpful in our difficult situation. He made everything easy to understand and explained our options in laymen's terms. He even referred us to another lawyer. So grateful!

A friend recommended the law firm, Zimmer Bond Fay as I was in need of a family law attorney to quickly file an amendment related to my divorce and I was assigned attorney, Cassandra Snelling. My issue was complicated and extremely time sensitive and I was very impressed with Ms. Snelling's responsiveness, communication and professionalism. Ms. Snelling understood all of the issues and met my timeline with no delays. I highly recommend Ms. Snelling and this firm.

I had a legal question that was best answered by a practicing attorney rather than "self-study" from online resources, so called Cogan Law at the recommendation of another person. I immediately spoke with an associate who took down notes, was very clear and helpful, and was careful not to offer legal advice himself, but gathered the necessary information to convey to the attorney when he was available. I received a call later from Mr. Cogan himself after he was freed up, despite it being the end of the day and ordinarily after work hours, which I thought quite generous and responsive. He was able to answer my legal question, and considered it part of our initial consultation, so he chose not to have the "meter running" as they say, despite his having provided valuable information. I considered this very gracious and indicative of his integrity. Further, he was very careful to ask whether anyone else could overhear us, to ensure confidentiality of the matter, so it is clear that he is very familiar with best practices on maintaining the protection of client (and potential future client) information. Should anyone be in a position to need information or the services of an experienced attorney in Oregon (not certain on where else they practice), there should be no hesitancy to call Cogan Law to see if the situation requires representation or further professional engagement, I was quite pleased and impressed with the professionalism and information that I was given.

Been with this law firm for years. I was represented by Joel, he was amazing!!! Professional, and in control. But in 2020 he retired. I went back the firm knowing they had great lawyers. I was given Cassandra, we talked and she seemed ok. I let her represent me, it was a small court proceeding. She was a nightmare. When talking to her on the phone she would not answer my question, so I would have to ask her in another way. This was time consuming and costly. I'm still shocked on how bad she represented my character. I look bad in the courts eye because of how she represented me. She seemed not to care much. At the end she was smiling and felt she did a good job. Still shocked about that. This is just my experience with Cassandra. After working with her. I truly miss Joel, if you have a good attorney KEEP THEM & PRAY THEY DONT RETIRE :-). I know this law firm has great lawyers. I just got the bad apple.

Rob and Rosie are amazing! They handled my case with care and understanding for my situation. They are highly professional people and negotiate the best possible settlement for the clients they work with. I would never advise getting hurt but if you do, give them a call.

Rob Kline and his team are amazing human beings. I had consulted another attorney and was immediately put off. After initially meeting with Rob both via phone and in person I felt comfortable with his services through the entire process. I'd never been through something like this before and they handled it with understanding and respect. I really could not have chosen a better attorney to help me! If I ever found myself in a similar situation he is the first person I would call. He knows what to do and does it very well. I have to mention his amazing paralegal Rosie who was with me from day one through the entire process as well. Anything I needed she was on top of it. I highly recommend this firm!
