I think this Mark's c cogen is remarkably helpful

I was recommended Mark. C Cogan law firm by a family friend, this was my first experience with criminal defence lawyers turnes out to be positive. They responded to me right away and agreed to take my case on short notice. Overall it was a good experience, the team is extremely knowledgable with decades of experience, the attorneys are hard working and dedicated to providing quality defence. The attorney Zach which was assigned the case collected extremely valuable evidence in my defence which was a game changer for my case. Jeff acted as advisor, adding his valuable experience and expertise. They also made some accomodations for my particular situation. They fought well and with passion, i ended up with a favorable result which i doubt would of happened with a public defender. I would highly recommend Mark C. Cogan law firm for criminal defence. I highly recommend Cassandra Snelling as an attorney. Her specialty is family law and she was excellent in her representation of me throughout my divorce process. Not only was she a great attorney, advocating for my needs and educating me on my rights, she was kind and compassionate. One of the things I most appreciated about Cassandra was her excellent communication, her quick response time, and her ability to explain the process and answer questions in a manner that was understandable to me as a lay person, but without condescension. Her professional knowledge and representation were of the highest quality from start to finish.

Rob handled three, count 'em, THREE accidents where I was hit while riding my bike, and I was very happy with his services. Insurance companies (even your own) are not your friend, so I was grateful to have him and Rosie (his kind paralegal) help me weed through the mess of dealing with bills, claims, etc. He explained the settlement process thoroughly and kept me in the loop about the proceedings. I would very much recommend him to anyone else who has been through an accident. I cannot imagine going through this process alone, so give him a call if you've ever been in an accident.

I was involved in a car accident resulting in extensive physical damage to my person from an at-fault driver. I hired this team after being overwhelmed the the sheer amount of phone calls from all involved insurance companies, and questioning what I should say or not say on the phone. From the beginning, Rob and Rosie advocated for me, ensuring I maximized all potential legal angles and policy limits and made sure my extensive medical bills were taken care of without issue. Even through my long recovery time, this team was very responsive to my inquiries and consistently sent over updates to my claim as they happened. They know what they are doing: they caught and dealt with many billing issues from all Insurance companies involved. They also managed to find and work out a future exclusion clause of my health insurance policy so any future care related to this accident is covered. I am truly grateful to have hired them to go through all this legal jargon for me!

Ms. Wotman was very courteous and polite. She explained everything very well and walked me through the process. She was kind and did everything I asked for without pressuring me.

Rob and Rosie did a very precise and dedicated job. They asked all of the right questions, and payed very close attention to the details and circumstances of my case. After a few conversations, they agreed to work an additional angle that made sense only if I was able to pull together the necessary proof needed for said angle. Lucky for me, the document I needed to pull, already existed, but it just needed some refining for comprehension. Rosie was very consistent but respectful in making sure I completed my end of the project. Rob was honest and considerate when it came time to assess and decide what would be best for me and my case. He was also very proactive about reading between all of the lines, and really dove in to the legalese in search of additional protection! I highly recommend the Kline Law Offices, especially if you are like me and suffered a loss that immensely effected one's self-employment. If you have not suffered a loss yet and are self employed, I highly reccomend extensively documenting all work opportunies both awarded and lost, for you and your businesses future protection!

Sleezeballs. They just want your money. Tried to get me to hire them when I clearly didn’t need to at the time. They wanted my money. You should have heard the sales pitch. It was pretty pathetic, actually. He was trying to tug on my heartstrings about my daughter. I talked to 4 other lawyers who said it was fine to wait another 48 hours. Nope, not this guy. He wanted my money right then and there. I felt like I was being sold a magazine subscription or something. I can’t tell you how good they are but that sales pitch was very sleezey and I’d never hire anybody like that.

Hello, Robert Kline is probably the most professional, & truly Caring attorney I have ever met. I know lawyers are sometimes portrayed as these people who don't really care about people, just the money. But this is simply NOT the case with Robert Kline. I want to thank Rob every day for the hard work he put in on my behalf. He is VERY knowledgeable, well spoken, He explains things very well and clearly. He doesn't leave you wondering about what he said. He is On time, Keeps appointments, and presents himself like a true attorney. in other words, he WILL go to bat for you. There isn't anything that Robert wont do for you and for your odds of winning the judgment or settling out of court and getting you the justice you deserve (if that is your choice). At the beginning of my case, Kevin was completely upfront with how things would go, what problems he would potentially run Into but he still took a chance and worked hard to make sure that what happened to me wouldn't be forgotten or even accepted. When the company played hard ball he just put on his game face and said we will get this done! When I had any questions he always got back to me in a timely manner. If you need a good reliable employment lawyer I would definitely give them a call, i'm glad I did.
