David Eder is the best of the best personal injury lawyer. I wanted expertise, proficiency and result to help me with my auto accident. I received all and much more from Mr. Eder. I was injured in an auto accident. The other party’s insurance company took full responsibility immediately. My medical treatments were ongoing for more than one and a half years. The adjuster from the other insurance company called me once a month and pretended to see how I was doing. I was offered that they will pay for all my medical bills plus $500. The adjuster said the $500 would be money in my pocket. That was a real insult to a real injury. The Oregon law requires my own insurance company to pay for my medical expenses through the PIP coverage I paid. The $500 would not even cover my gasoline expenses. I was told this was a very fair offer and that I should consider it and talk to my husband about it. After year and a half, I finally came to my senses that I needed professional advice and help. It took me just a phone call to know David Eder is the right attorney for me. He is ranked a top rated personal injury lawyer in Oregon and his reviews are all five stars. I am now another raving fan. David was thorough and precise with details in his work. He was informative of all avenues available to me and made sure I understood what my options were. I was rear ended while stopped at an intersection last year. As a result I ended being out of work and getting behind on my bills. The other party's insurance admitted liability but after four months of constant calls I could not actually get a hold of anyone to speak to. I kept being told the adjuster would call me back later and he never did. I suspect this was their strategy, hoping I would go away. I ended up contacting Mr David Eder based on a recommendation from a friend. All I can say is that the work that Mr. Eder did on my behalf was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Eder did all the work and in short order I received a settlement that, exceeded my expectations. Mr. Eder even contacted my workers comp and squared away an issue they had with some physical therapy sessions that they deemed medically unnecessary. I feel like insurance companies will take advantage of the little guy if they can get away with it and having a competent attorney representing you is the only way to avoid being taken advantage of. I know Mr. Eder and his firm work some big money cases. My case was pretty small, relatively speaking. However, I never felt that Mr. Eder put any less effort or attention into my case. Any time I had questions Mr. Eder would get back to me, generally within a matter of minutes. Even after hours and on weekends. Mr. Eder also kept in constant contact with me, giving me updates on how the case was progressing. One thing I learned in these cases, is that the insurance companies will look at the record of the attorney representing you. In many cases, other attorey's records will show that they rarely go to trial. In Mr. Eder's case, his records show he is not afraid to go to trial. I believe insurance company's see that Mr. Eder and his firm will go to trial and are willing to offer a more fair settlement. I can best sum up this firm as effective, intelligent legal work coupled with good old fashioned customer service. Mr. Eder's business card is definitely one I will be keeping in my wallet.
