UPDATE: I came to David again after being hit by an uninsured driver. He has once again, exceeded my expectations. If you are needing a lawyer, having David in your corner is the best thing you could do. Peace of mind is priceless in these kinds of situations. 2018: David Eder took on my case even though the outcome was far from assured, nor was it a huge claim. He wasn't timid to fight for me- even up against a big insurance corporation. He didn't back down from their intimidation tactics and in the end, his knowledge and persistence paid off. He helped me understand the process along the way and never made me feel like an inconvenience or bother. Although it wasn't a large a case, he treated me and it as if it was. I could not recommend him enough.

I was doing a probate and we hired David to pursue a wrongful death case for the person who passed away following a car accident. The case had some challenging facts that could have really reduced the settlement value - but David didn't let that happen. His work with the deceased's family and his work on the case the case was personal and effective. I was VERY impressed by the settlement he managed to achieve. David was everything anyone could want in a litigator. I would hire him again, and I highly recommend him.

Laura, their assistant, even walked my settlement check over to my office for me to sign! Now that's what I call service.
