I got myself in a bad situation one night driving home. I was given a fine and arrested for getting in an accident. I came to Andy with a intense emotional situation that involved me being jailed leaving my father who I caretake for alone and my beautiful dogs that need me daily. Andy was able to negotiate a deal where I spent this time at home on house arrest where I could still take care of my dad and fulfill my obligations to the court. He pleaded a deal above the required mandates relieving this incredible stress on me and my family. I am forever grateful for him for this!

Dwyer Williams Cherkoss attorneys was recommended by someone. When I first called to the office, Attorney Mr. Arne Cherkoss called me back at the same day. I felt that the insurance company was undervaluing my case but at the same time, I didn't know how much my case worth. I wanted to close my case by myself so Mr. Cherkoss gave me advice how I can talk to the insurance company and gave me big cheer! (I was getting very discouraged dealing with the accident). As I followed his advice, the insurance company worked with me and we were able to meet agreement.
