Landlord-tenant issues. Greg knew the law. He gave me great advice. He met me after my work hours which was really helpful. While the law in Oregon tends to favor the tenant, Greg kept me on the 'good side' of the law, advised me what and what not to do. I would totally recommend Greg, and would use him again (hopefully I won't have to).

Greg was very thorough and prompt with his response to my legal tenant lanlord law inquiry. He then followed up with a recommendation to my particular situation. For someone to be so generous of their time and expertise for no financial gain says alot to this mans character. Unfortunately he doesn't practice in San Diego so I wouldn't be able to retain his services. Thanks again Greg your the best.
