I had my first experience with a Worker’s Compensation situation and had no idea which direction to go. By good luck and fortune, I was able to find Chris Frost. Chris is an incredible attorney, and listened to each and every detail of my case. She is beyond sharp, professional, and truly cares and fights for her clients. I had an incredible outcome thanks to Chris’ experience, hard work, and tenacity. I am so grateful I found an attorney that I could trust from start to finish, leaving everything in her hands. Her communication about each and every step of the way is thoughtful and just plain honest. My experience with the firm was excellent. They were professional, caring and involved you as the client in the decision making ,giving you their guidance, insight, vast knowledge and expertise. I personally worked with Jim Coon (my attorney) and Amanda Ulrich (his legal assistant), both were personable and professional. Also, he was very sensitive to the trauma I had experienced and understanding of the obstacles I faced because of that, Amanda as well. Cynthia Newton took my case when I had to change attorneys, there was only two months left to file my case for the mva, to meet the two year statute of limitations. I had lost confidence in the attorney I had since the accident and we mutually parted but it was not easy to find another attorney for my complex case that entangled workman's compensation and pre existing conditions. Thomas Coon was recommended by a friend of a friend attorney and he said whoever Mr. Coon works with in the firm will be good as well because he wouldn't have it any other way. It's true, and the attorneys have different areas of expertise and have no problem brainstorming with each other and consulting one another. Cynthia asked Chris Frost about how my workman's compensation would affect my case and I met with her as well. It's a one stop attorney shop, between all their areas they can handle just about anything it seems. It was my experience that they are careful about who they represent, they have to really believe in your case and Cynthia was straight forward from the start that I would not be adequately compensated for my losses but she would try for the policy limits from the at fault driver and my underinsured motorist insurance. We conferred throughout the whole process, and she always sought my approval first on her letters out. She has a good team of helpers, Kristin and Claire, who worked on my case even on the weekends from the email correspondence. I had a major surgery to worry about and knowing that my case was being taken care of took some of the stress off. Not all attorneys are like that. She knew what she was doing and represented me well, she took what she thought was relevant to make a good case from all the information I gave her and she looked over all my medical records carefully. She got the job done in the two months time. We had the best results we could have which will help a lot with my upcoming expenses. She had a good reputation with the adjuster from my insurance company and that gave us a lot of credibility. I highly recommend Cynthia, she is compassionate and has good rationale. Her team is a good one.

I contacted Chris Thomas to get some questions answered and to get a general overview of what I could expect while my claim was being processed. I was feeling very unsure of what to expect, but Chris very patiently answered all of my questions gave me a lot of really helpful information about next steps, what to anticipate from the insurance company, and advice for how to proceed. He was incredibly kind and generous with his time and made me feel well prepared to tackle this process on my own. Luckily, I was able to resolve my claim without retaining an attorney. However, if I had needed representation, Chris and the team at TCNF would have been my first call.

They were very professional and approachable and made me feel comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and concerns. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Migraines and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and I know that I would have struggled greatly with the process if I tried doing the application on my own.
