Best Attorney & staff.. ever, anywere, by far.. Very personable and down to earth. They made me feel comfortable right away. It made a huge difference. If anyone from this office reads this, I'd like to just say thank you so very much.

They were polite but what I received was not a consultation at all. Just them telling me yes or no. They said they could recommend other lawyers so I have no idea if my case has merit or not. I just feel like gum under their shoe. My 60 yr old mother was punched in the face at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom by security, and the pub manager is reaching out but we don't know how to reasonably represent ourselves. I think they only like open and shut cases or something.

Wont take a case if it is complicated. Reached out to him as I was referred to him by an Attorney that genuinely wanted to take take my case as we consulted months ago, but just didn't have the capacity after months of waiting on me and realizing how big it might be he thought Kafhoury was the guy to get me a payout.. Anyway, The "interaction" was interesting and I at least got a decent denial letter but... when a lawyer says "nahhh BUT GET A LAWYER ASAP" is weird yes, what do you think I am trying to do here? As I would have liked to work with him, in the Brief interactions I picked up on an extremely cocky demeanor. This showed through the email and I wonder to this day if they all laughed at my case in the background. He probably would have taken the case If I was called a racist slur or beaten by a cop. But no, it was just apartment negligence with injury. That is what I have to say about my brief interaction, don't recommend, lost something in his heart along the way of being a lawyer.

Only represents cases where cops use excessive force everything else is a no !

These lawyers saved me from being bullied by my attacker. They are also defending me from their malicious prosecution attempts. They are brave men with morals who know the law well. So grateful for their help.

I spoke to Jason Kafoury in length about a complicated injury case. Out of everyone I’ve spoken to his firm impresses me and has a reputation of being the “top dog” or the plaintiff rep in Portland that “makes opposing counsel go in their pants.” I highly recommend Kafoury & McDougal.
