I've had an excellent experience with Kafoury and Mcdougal. They were always prompt in response to update my information on the legalities of my case. I would recommend working with Kafoury and McDougal if you're going through anything pertaining to legal civil issues. 👍👍 Brandon

I called for a consultation and was treated rudely. I talked with Kafoury. During the conversation he would keep making unprofessional remarks (e.g. "Jesus Christ") as I was trying to explain why I was calling. At one point he interrupted me, told me to hold on and proceeded to yell to what sounded to be another colleague about lunch plans and who was meeting where. When he was done with this conversation he began asking me over and over about certain details of the case, which I couldn't remember right at that moment because I was so flustered by his demeanor. I offered to give him my documentation so that he could see for himself the details which were well documented and he told me no and that he didn't need to see any documentation and that the whole thing was a mess.That may or may not be accurate, but because of his demeanors, failure to obtain appropriate details, and his lack of basic manners I have no idea how much weight I should even give to his evaluation of the case. Perhaps if Kafoury learned a few basic people skills and talked to potential clients like they are fellow humans instead of his court room opposition, clients would more readily be willing and able to recall important details. If I had to sum up my experience with Kafoury in 3 words they would be unprofessional, unhelpful, and unpleasant. Even if my case were not robust enough to take to court, receiving this type of feedback with such a dearth of professionalism only leaves me wondering if my case is really "the mess" he says it is, or simply the mutterings of an impolite neanderthal.

Called for advice on a case , asked what happened and immediately cut me off after 2 words . “Get straight to the point” and “I need to know about 1,000 facts now that I’m thinking about it , first off, call some other boys in your area” . Without even trying to help . The call didn’t even last 20 seconds . Felt like I was talking to a car salesman not someone who’s working for “the people”.

Very happy with their assistance and reponsiveness. Highly recommended.

Hard working, highly experienced legal professionals who know how to win! Jason, Adam & Dana did an outstanding job representing me and achieving satisfactory settlement in my case against an insurance company which tried to do what insurance companies do, collect premiums and deny claims. Sustaining a life-changing injury in an auto accident caused by someone else is bad enough but to then be denied the insurance coverage I have paid for in premiums for many years felt like being bullied. So, I went to the one place where I was told I would be sure to find bully-beaters, Kafoury & McDougal. I'm glad I did. They lived up to the hype. They have my gratitude and my highest recommendation.
