During a very difficult situation dealing with a family estate, Jeffrey was empathetic to the strained family dynamic. After firing two other attorneys we felt complete confidence that Jeffrey understood our situation and was acting in my husbands best interest. After seeing typos and misspellings on the legal court filings from the two previous attorneys we hired prior to being recommended to Jeffrey and Chenoweth Law Group it was reassuring to see the quality of care with the court documents, communications and timeliness of inquiries. Jeffrey and his staff exceeded our expectations. They are the consummate professionals.

I found Chenoweth by conducting a simple google search for firms that handle contractor liability on residential properties. Brian gave me a lot of good pointers on my issue and responded promptly to my queries. Highly recommended.

Would not use again.

Never would recommend. $2300. for one letter and 2 phone calls. They took on our case and felt strong in the beginning and weakened later and asked for another $10,000. We want a refund. Excessive charging!!

Edit: Brian Chenoweth sent me a threatening email accusing me of defaming him for my initial review, so I have removed it. I hired Brian Chenoweth and Matt Maline to help me with a matter, and I was not satisfied with their services, so I felt it was my right and duty to write a descriptive review. I think there are enough other negative reviews—specifically the ones on Yelp, which I did not see before I hired him—to give you a clear picture of what this firm is about. With my new experience, I think the question you have to ask yourself is: would you hire an attorney who is willing to threaten you for a negative review?

I have worked with Jeff F. on a few issues a few years ago and I've been really pleased with Chenoweth. If I were looking for an attorney, Chenoweth is highly recommended! They are on retainer for me.
