I was in a terrible situation with unscrupulous contractors who damaged my property and did unacceptable work that did not meet code. Brian and his team worked tirelessly to try to bring these guys to justice over a 2-year time period. I only wish that the other side had not had access to free legal advice while I had to pay up front for all of mine. The system does not favor individuals who are fighting insurance companies.

Bringing a lawsuit against someone is overwhelming and scary. Most likely going into it (like myself) you have zero knowledge of what it will be like. For that reason choosing the right firm is extremely important to your success and sanity. The amazing people I've had the pleasure of working with at Chenoweth law are exactly who I'd hope to find. They worked hard to come up with a strategy that had the highest probability of succeeding and explained every step, so that we understood how and why they do what they do. The professionalism and knowledge surpassed our expectations. The fees were more then reasonable. They always kept cost in mind, while providing a path to the best possible outcome. We can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Chenoweth Law Group for everything.

If you're looking for winning solutions and a legal team that cares for their clients, look no further than Chenoweth Law Group. We met with a handful of other Portland firms when weighing our options. None impressed us more and actually delivered on all we had hoped. With all the uncertainties in litigation, it's a game changer having a team like Chenoweth Law to navigate the complexities of it all. Highly recommended.

I have never had any criminal record let alone a ticket. I am a petite young woman and made a Huge mistake of having little food and a couple beers! I got a DUI and it literally has ruined my life! I was given a public defender Stacy Redding. Who wanted me to sign my life away and plead guilty! She actually told me i Was guilty! I was horrified when she wanted to see if my parents had money because she said it could help with my case! I decided to fire her because I wanted a lawyer to believe in me and realize I an not a horrible person just someone that made an awful mistake! I then hired a private lawyer Richard Oberdorfer. Who had me pay 2000 dollars up front! Promising that I had a 95 percent chance to clear my name and put this horrible nightmare behind me! He took my money and did nothing he said he would! He pushed going to trial! Costing 3000 dollars more to go to trial! I had already got a loan out to pay to have him as a lawyer! Then he called my father and used hIs manipulative ways saying that if it was his daughter he would pay 3000 dollars to help his daughter out and that my dad should do the same! This has already been such a Terrible experience for my family let alone to get a call like that is so upsetting and Sooo inappropriate. I couldnt pay an extra 3 thousand dollars! I was then given over to Christopher McCormack. From the start he was a breath of fresh air! He listened to my story. He gave me wonderful legal advice. It was the first time I had peace of mind from being so distraught! You could tell he cared! He wasn't just after my money. I had to go through 2 terrible experiences feeling down and humilted! But in the end I came out on top with Christopher as my lawyer! He stood by my side and represented me proudly. He did more then anyone could and believed in me! I would recommend him to everyone that wants an amazing lawyer that is going to truly represent you for who you are. I live out of state and I have reccomended him to many people even though it's a drive its completely worth it! I can't honestly say enough good things about him! Thank you Christopher McCormack for helping me through this horrible year. You have given me such a positive outlook and have given me a second thought about lawyers.
