I think the picture of this group of attorney says it all. If you're using them for a disability especially Mental Health I suggest find someone else. When you go before the judge to a hearing for your disability Inquisition go as you are. Don't worry about dressing up before the judge. Be real not fake.

I hired this firm after an accident where the balcony of the house I was renting collapsed on me resulting in breaking my vertebrae. When I contacted them they were interested in representing my case and came over to inspect and take photos and to issue a claim to State Farm insurance. Four months later after the accident and being out of work for two months State Farm denied liability on the accident meaning that it would have to go to litigation. The firm decided to no longer represent me at this point. They did so via email without personally contacting or giving me a reason why they were no longer interested. A month later I received a bill in the mail for them obtaining my medical records and mailing things on my behalf. My opinion of this firm is that they will represent you and happily take 30% of your claim, however if it’s necessary to go to court or the settlement isn’t high enough they won’t fight for you. I contacted this firm based on reviews and I wanted to let people know about my experience. They provided a list of attorneys who might be interested in my case and if you want that list instead of wasting four months feel free to contact me.

I am taking time out to say just how grateful I am to the Attorneys and Thomas Coon Newton & frost. In early 2017 I became disabled and unable to work. A successful career had allowed me to pay for Social Security Disability Insurance for over 30 years. When it came time to file my claim I started the process, but quickly became overwhelmed, and the first denial was pretty hard. I wish I had found TCNF sooner. It is an old cliche, but an apt one that once I met with Scott and Holly I felt a tremendous weight lift. It took almost 2 years to the day before I was finally given a hearing in front of a judge. A Month later a decision was rendered fully in my favor. A Month after _that_ I finally received an award letter. Almost 2 months after receiving my award letter I Social Security started sending me paper checks (Even though Social Security nearly demands you set up automatic electronic deposit). Unfortunately that was not the end of my struggles. Social Security is under staffed, their systems are decades out of date ,highly inefficient, and the social security staff have nowhere near the support of automation found in most large service oriented organizations like Amazon, PGE, or ADP. Months started to pass after my decision, regular benefits started on time as stated in my award letter, but the “back pay” was nowhere to be found. Social Security made the decision and award over a year and a half after benefits should have started. This large lump sum was documented in my award letter, but months and months passed, and it still had not arrived. This is where My representatives at TCNF really came through. TCNF has resources, and information about how the system works, that is just not available to non-professionals, average citizens. It took 10 months after my hearing before things where settled, and TCNF helped me through it all. The staff at TCNF are experienced, diligent and get it done. I wish I had selected them sooner, and saved myself a ton of stress and complications.
