Pure honesty.

I was referred to this firm to hire for my son who had been in a bicycle accident. While the firm (Chris Thomas) determined that the case was too simple and small for them, Chris spent at least 30 min on the phone with me providing direction on how to handle claims with various insurance companies, records to produce and answered all of my many questions.
