Wow! I spoke with a wonderful women who asked me questions, evaluated my responses and even though they were unable to help, she gave me suggestions on what I could do. You can tell a lot about a business from how they treat someone that is not a client.

This review is long overdue. A little over a year ago I bought a truck from a car dealership in Portland that had a broken odometer. Given the obviousness of this mistake I thought that I could call the dealership, bring the truck back and get a full refund without a problem. That was not the case. After two months of being stonewalled by the dealership I gave Jeremiah a call and from then on it was in his hands. Jeremiah fought for me for just under a year and did all the dealings that I would never want to be burdened with. He was very prompt in his communication and did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. I live out of state, and moved during the past year across country, but never during that time did I feel out of the loop. In the end Jeremiah was able to negotiate a settlement that left me very happy. I couldn't recommend him enough. You can rest easy if Jeremiah is on your side.
