Ron Chang and his assistant Rosey were very prompt, as prompt as a lawyer can be, with my case. My case was about my landlord having bedbugs in the units and, knowingly, renting them out. He was able to settle the case in my favor and protect my rights at the same time. As a matter of fact, he made absolutely sure I would not end up being responsible for the other party in the future. He always kept me up to date with any information and called me back in a timely manner. Ron Cheng cares. He is an excellent attorney.

Matt did an excellent job resolving my case. He was very personable, got back to me quickly when I had questions, explained everything in laymen terms so I knew what he was talking about, was honest with me and didn't make outlandish promises but most of all he wanted what was best for me and not just a paycheck. I had purchased a used car in April 2014, the car was broken already but i didn't know that until the next morning the freeway (finally got above 60 mph which i couldn't do at the test drive due to traffic and the sales guy not wanting to put gas in the car,even though the light was on) when I was on my way out of town. from then on it was a nightmare with the "Dealership". After going around in circles with the "Dealership" I eventually ended up needing a new engine and turbo while stranded in Klamath Falls OR on top of the $5,800 I had already sunk into the car already for repairs not including the sale price of $13k with a 29.9% APR! I tried going through a legal insurance through work and none of the lawyers they sent me to would either help or had no idea how to handle my case. I was contacting the last one on Avvo when the site recommended I also send that contact to Jeremiah Ross, it was the best decision i made. I never did hear back from the lawer I had contacted, but Jeremiah was very helpful when he talked to me, reviewed the information and documents i gave him and then kept on it even though the "Dealership" was avoiding us and then put us through paperwork hell. His patience and level headed advice was invaluable in this case and he got me what I needed from this disaster of a situation.

I called for a 'Free consultation' regarding an auto loan fiasco I was dealing with. The gentleman I spoke with (probably Jeremiah, sorry!) was very friendly, insightful and seemed to genuinely inform me the best he could, despite not being an actual client. He even advised me on the costs/benefits of hiring a lawyer for my case compared to trying to work with or settle with my loan company directly. In the end there wasn't much he could do, which I'm glad he was honest about, but the information he gave me boosted my confidence in knowing I was doing the right thing, as best I could.
