When I first talked with the staff, I was a lot skeptical! But I needed help and I had no where else to turn. Darrin was assigned my case, And I must say he is a true gem. There was so many things which happened during my processing time, and I wanted to quit. he kept telling me it would be okay and gently encouraging me to go to one more appointment. and then it was time for them to turn in all the paperwork and to write his statement as to why the insurance company was wrong. I could hardly believe how much work and dedication and thoroughness the sent on my behalf. I will tell you if you even have half a question in your thought about hiring this law group. I guarantee you! you are in good hands! They are the best, and don't give Darrin a hard time as I did! :0)

I made a very good choice. I was left high and dry by my disability insurance. Treated with disrespect, harassed, threatening calls before several holidays and then just dropped after 2 years. I consulted with Chris Roy, who reviewed my case and explained the process thoroughly. We first appealed my denial, and lost, so then filed suit. My case is finished now, I was consulted with every decision, treated respectfully, and all of the process happened as explained. I was cut off- disabled with no disability benefits It was life changing. I have a rare disease and my case was considered "high risk". One lawyer turned me down. My experience was very good, quite painless from my perspective. They handled everything respectfully, gave honest answers to all my questions and concerns throughout the appeal process. Mine was NOT a "slam-dunk" case...
