When a group of people come together like they have in this firm truly amazing results can be attained. They gave a Cancer survivor, person living with Young Onset parkison's disease back gave Me back my life by winning my case. Forever thankful for this team. I was made aware of the payment details after I was cognitively able to understand that it's not just the settlement that they take They take 33% for the life of the contract not just the settlement Buyer beware of the small print. Yes they did settle my case but full disclosure isn't this firms high point.

My experience with Mr. Roy could not have been better! First off, let me say that not all attorneys are created equally! An attorney can be your best advocate or your most stressful adversary. Mr. Roy is the best of the best at what he does. Here's why: My case was a difficult one and it took quite to some time to straighten out errors that were made early on by a short term disability provider. Mr. Roy was honest, an above board communicator, and managed my expectations throughout the process. He treated me with respect and integrity and gave sound council in a treacherous time, always maintaining empathy and compassion regarding my illness. He always clarified and made sure every step of the way that we were on the same page. He has a tremendous amount of experience in this area of law (not to mention a stellar negotiator!) and really OVER-DELIVERED in settling my case. I am so thankful for his advocacy and will be forever grateful to Mr. Roy and his staff. Sam, his paralegal, was just as excellent in his prompt responses, keeping me in the loop proactively, also with a very professional and pleasant demeanor. ~Jewel

Chris Roy and his team took my case, during a time of great stress, and they were very reassuring. The case was resolved, and I could not have been more pleased. Chris’ team is responsive, professional, on top of the details, and are clearly experts when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. I could not have obtained the results without his teams’ efforts. I would highly recommend Roy Law to anyone dealing with insurance claim issues! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Would not recommend or waste my time, called and was having my case reviewed by Roy waiting 3 weeks for a time sensitive matter, just to be called two weeks before deadline to say he has to high of workload, why are they even taking info and documents to review if they don't have the time. Don't waste even calling. Response to review: First of all if you saw my negative review you could call me to address the issue not post some lengthy response and ask me to call you, second issue at hand with the deadline the issue was mentioned on first call and I was never told these were two separate matters, when I initially called I did not know there was a deadline until I was re-reviewing everything. I was upfront on the situation. Why would I attorney hop if I thought your office could take care of us or at least point us in the right direction? As I was told by your staff, which apparently is not the case. I called on the 4th and advised of time sensitive matter and still took till the 11th for a response. If you can't take a negative review and learn from it then maybe you should not take new cases until you can help those in need, or at least point them in the right direction as the people reaching out to are looking to hire you because they need help. Yes I understand you may not be able to take every case but you can at least offer some guidance after reviewing instead of leaving them feeling hopeless with a deadline coming up, trying to figure out what to do.

Chris and the staff at Roy Law Deserve the very best this profession has to offer after a number of years with a large California Law firm that for a period of 55 months milked me for my monthly claim after receiving 50% of the back pay to get the claim started the recent defeating of UNUM insurance and with them paying the attorney fees to me was unheard of in a short period of time they worked tirelessly for success of there client me I am truly thankful from day one with there dedication to achieving a goal of winning for what is right for the client my previous counsel is no where near the quality of the team at Roy Law if you have faith in GOD yourself and your case choose Chris its a no brainer you will get your moneys worth!!!!

A law firm that cares more about people than money. After a quick review of my case, I was told they could take my case and win; however, they chose not to because the legal fees would be almost as much as my settlement. (and I would still have to pay income tax on the settlement) They felt it would be unethical. An ethical law firm, amazing! I can't say enough good things about this firm. Angela, the intake specialist, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered endless questions from me, even after the lawyer decided not to take my case. She gave me lots of great info on how appeals work, timelines, and even tips on what pit falls to look out for and avoid. They didn't take my case, but if you're looking for a lawyer to take your case, I can't imagine any one better.

When you pay for what is called disability insurance for 16+ nonstop. Sure not to the same company, but you pay and pay. Then when something happens and you are no longer able to physically work you expect the insurance company to pay out without any issues as you have been paying them for so long. Unfortunately that isn't how it works. Insurance companies come up with any dumb excuse not to pay. So you go online and look around and realize well these companies suck so what do I do now. Well you search for a lawyer and that's where I came to Roy Law. He was able to get the insurance companies to do the right thing. Something they wouldn't do with just me asking them and even having my doctor on my side. If profits weren't a companies only reason for being in existence you wouldn't need a lawyer. Because we do live in a world where companies only care about profit and don't care about people you need a lawyer and I highly recommend Roy Law to help you out.

Thus far, I have only dealt with Intake Specialist, Angela H., from Roy Law. Angela has been extremely thorough, patient, and supportive. I am hoping Roy Law will determine that they are a good resource for me to move forward with, but even if they do not, my experience with them has been stellar.

I am taking time out to say just how grateful I am to the Attorneys and Staff at Roy Law. In early 2017 I became disabled and unable to work. After working myself near to death for over 15 years at IBM, and all the while contributing to MetLife’s Long Term Disability program; I thought I would be taken care of. Oh was I wrong. After filing reams of paperwork while trying to recover from major surgery I was denied by MetLife without them even looking at all my documentation. After doing quite a bit of research, and talking to several firms I selected RoyLaw for their experience and professionalism. Once they started, the excellent staff at RoyLaw managed all communication with MetLife, and worked with my SS disability law firm, They collected all my materials, and handled everything with my LTD carrier. At time went on MetLife needed constant badgering poking and prodding to do the job I had paid them to do. The staff at Roy Law are experienced, diligent and get it done. I wish I had selected them sooner, and saved myself a ton of stress and complications.
