My husband was in the US on an expired visa. We went to Nelson Smith for help in making him legal. We dealt with John Dooney and his assistant Meghan. John was most helpful in explaining the process to us along with a timeline. Total time from start to finish with Green Card in hand, a little less then 11 months. I highly recommend John and his firm.
