Nicole Nelson was my Attorney for my Immigration case, Nicole has also been the Attorney for many members in my family. I was very fortunate to be able to retain Nicole and to return to the US after receiving a voluntary departure in 2009. The staff at Nelson Smith were very helpful and understanding of my situation, I called and emailed almost every week but they were very patient with my husband and myself. After 3 years of being away from my husband and my family I was able to return in 2012 and now Nicole is helping me with my Citizenship!
