We used Shannon Hall for a situation involving grandparental rights. She did an excellent job. She knows the law and is a superb communicator, laying out our options clearly and honestly. She then helped us work through a non-legal path to achieve the results we wanted. She listens well and responds quickly. Would not hesitate to use her again.

I highly recommend the Gevurtz Menashe team and specifically Shawn Menashe. While nobody wants to divorce, Shawn and his team followed my desire to stay out of court and coached me in helpful ways to create a fair settlement that worked for me and for my now ex-spouse. He told me up front how much it would cost and it came in under that estimate. When appropriate, he handed me off to another highly capable member of the team for certain pieces of the process. Shawn and team made a very difficult and stressful life situation manageable and I'm grateful.

I called and spoke to someone who couldn’t hand me off to the intake specialist, but said they would call me. After a few days and no call, I reached out via their online chat and was assured someone would call me within 24 hours. That was days ago. So, review is just reflective of the intake process, as I never got further.

Katie Goss took my case and dropped the ball. After mucking things up for me she dropped my case entirely because her case load was too heavy. The worst part is that she filed incorrect documents with the court and set my case back and then charged me for it. It was criminal. She and the firm apologized and refinanced me for some of it, but they still took soo much of my money for literally no work at all and delayed this painful process for me. Shameful.

This man is brilliant. Knowledgeable, experienced, truthful while being way mote empathetic than I could imagine. Mark is so talented even against powerful ex’s (mine is a high-earning with a highly respected profession in society) . Yes, Menashe Gurtz charges more than some other divorce attorneys but I speak from much experience as I worked with a handful or attorney’s over the past few years and each left me disappointed EXCEPT a mark. So please don’t be fooled by lower hourly rates of other divorce attorneys! When you have a powerhouse like Mark (and team) who speak with other high profile lawyers, sharing and learning from e/o in collaborative team meetings, you will save so much money by minimizing guesswork or having a shrinking violet representation that doesn’t know how to communicate with opposite counsel. With Mark’s help, with about half a year until trial in a very complicated divorce matter, I was awarded with so much more parenting time and spousal support than I ever dreamed of. Don’t hesitate—call him, if he’s taking on new clients, you will be lucky. He understands issues like powerful ex’s, mental health battles, court norms, differences in judges. He had to dispose my ex, a doctor, and never once was aggressive—it unlikable like most attorneys can be during cross-examination or depositions. Mark was so strategic and amiable as he asked questions that my ex babbled like a baby, aka told on himself, which gave us way more negotiating ground ammo and led to a conquer and a pleasing plan, moving forward.
