If I could give more stars I would. The Schoenfeld's are extremely good at what they do. I'm so grateful that I had them to fight for me when things seemed a little hopeless. They are extraordinarily kind and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

Worst attorneys ever. Sat down and explained everything only to have them drop the case 3 months later. Only go here if u like wasting your time.

My case appeared to be a slam dunk but as became more complex and seemed tirelessly like it would never come to a conclusion. Christopher, Karen's assistant from the start was supportive and was a liason between all parties involved with the case. I feel with my heart this firm never gave up on me. I feel Christopher and Karen always listened to me even on my most difficult days. We not only had to fight one insurance company but my medical insurance company too. I received more than I thought I would receive For my settlement. I would recommend this law firm, knowing they would give 150% to advocate and fight for you as their client.

I've read through the other reviews and a few of them stretch credulity. I am working with Steve and all I can say is that he is an ace Lawyer. He is always prepared to give advice when necessary, proposing possible solutions with potential outcomes mapped out in advance. He went to bat for me against an insurance company and came out the victor, with what felt like relative ease. The support staff are excellent as well and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks.

I called for advice on a work accident a short while ago and talked to a really nice woman who was very helpful and knew what she was talking about and was very kind to me, even though there wasn't anything to do on my work accident claim then. I called back again a week ago and learned she is gone and some guy was there. He was not kind, was impatient and not professional. I know time is money, but so are clients and this one will now go somewhere else.

This post shows in my husband's name for some reason but the incident was mine. Steve Shoenfeld is who I was referred to. When I went for the initial apt I met with Karen. I am so dissapointed in my settlement. I didn't want to take it but she whined and said "Well if you didn't live in Washington County we could go to court but they don't look favorably on these kinds of cases. You could end up with more or you could end up with a lot less. In my opinion she was done and wasn't going to put much more effort in my case. She sent an initial settlement letter to the insurance company demanding $250,000. Then she calls and acts like she wants to settle for $8500. What a joke. I would be embarrassed to send out that big a demand letter and then want to accept so little. I got a little more than the initial offer but not what I expected or should have gotten. I knew then I was in trouble and was not going to get what I needed to cover my on going medical bills. She suggested that I check with other attorney's to see if I should accept that offer. Since she had already started the process and sent the demand letter the other attorney's I called were just not interested in getting in the middle of it. I have never had a lawsuit before and hope I never have to go thru this again. If I do I will certainly not call Karen Schoenfeld.

I am so happy that I chose to get an attorney for my case against my own insurance company (USAA) that wasn't paying for my regular doctor visits after a car wreck for which I had no responsibility. Karen was incredibly on-top-of-it, staying in close touch about my preferences and answering all my questions thoroughly. My settlement went better than I could have imagined, and certainly better than if I had gone it alone. All of my bills were taken care of, and my providers were kept informed of all goings-on. I would recommend this firm to anyone, including close friends.

I have had nothing but fantastic service and excellent results from Karen Schoenfeld and her staff. I was so stressed after my accident, and in a lot of pain. It didn't help that I was getting a lot of grief from my own insurance company. And I wasn't even at fault. Karen is really down-to-earth and straightforward, as is her assistant. She explained the legal system in ways I could easily understand without talking down to me, and made me feel like my time and injuries were worthy of a lot of respect. I felt instantly at ease and knew I was in very experienced hands. Not only did Karen relieve me of the stress of having to navigate the ins and outs of my insurance company, she got THEM to give me better service. Ultimately we prevailed and I got all my bills paid for and a respectable settlement that seemed fair for all the trouble I went through. Getting in an accident is painful enough, but if it happens to you I strongly recommend you hire Karen to be your advocate.
