I called Jennie Clark at Clark Law and Associates for some legal advice. Ms Clark gave me multiple options to help with the situation my family and I are in. I Feel with the tools she has given me I will be able to solve the issue I have.

The legal services Clark Law and Associates LLC provided were excellent. I am a return customer and no reason to go anywhere else now. I received help from them not once but twice over the year. My only regret, I wish I had contacted them earlier. For months, I was feeling extremely negative about a number of legal conflicts I was caught-up in, but I made a call, came in to their casual-atmosphere office and got the professional treatment my situation demanded. The advice I received was above and beyond my expectations. Immediately, I was in a much better, more secure state of mind. One issue I needed help with was my rights as a tenant during a no-cause eviction and successfully settled a disagreement my landlady and I were having over Multnomah County specific laws pertaining to relocation assistance. The other time, I had found myself in a situation where I was being asked to provide a police detective information. Clark Law and Associates LLC actually specialize in things like interacting with police, as well as issues like elder fraud, police misconduct protective orders and they provide wonderful help with all of it. My situation with the police had a positive outcome as well. If you look at their site, it lists all the case types they do, which I would trust them to handle if need be. Knock on wood I hope I won’t find myself in a situation again where I need to seek legal council, but if I do, they will be the first I contact. It is great to have a local firm you can trust. Prior to this year, I had no idea how much better off I would be hiring a lawyer. This past year was my first time dealing with legal problems. While sitting at home during lockdown, I had tried to research the law and negotiate my conflicts with my landlord and with the police. I did learn a few things by googling state laws, but it took so much time and was overwhelming. You can go on forever trying to do it yourself. What was especially helpful with Clark Law is they already knew so much about the specific laws that pertained to my needs and helped me in a tactical and efficient manner. They have handled many times over these type of legal predicaments. What else can I say? Clark Law and Associates can help with writing letters on your behalf. For example, when I needed a letter written to my landlord to assert my rights, it was written effectively and without wasted words. It did cost what it did, but I came out way ahead financially because of it. Their fee was reasonable, worth every penny in fact, and then some. I should talk also about the emotional benefit of getting professional legal help. I felt more confident and positive, and you can't put a price tag on peace of mind. It is a great feeling when you can stop fretting about your legal issues 24/7. I was banging my head against the wall and it felt so good to stop doing that! Again, the only thing I regret NOT doing is contacting the firm earlier. Thank you Clark Law for re-assuring me, making me feel comfortable and secure and being warm to me when I was in crisis. You are all so cool. You have gained my trust!

I had some issues and problems with my retirement apartment management. Call Clark Law and Associates . Met with Jennie and Richard . They listened to me carefully. Wrote a letter to the responsible person and contacted the apartment owner's office . The vice president called yesterday and was kind and reasonable . All issues resolved . WOW!! i had moved to Portland new and dreamy eyed and landed straight into an Apartment predicament. Luckily for me, i found Rick from the Clark and law associates and they handled my case with the utmost kindness and consideration. Rick was extremely patient and very particular in guarding my interest and ensured that i was treated in a fair manner. Through out the case i dealt with only 2 people and one person via email and that made it easier to communicate. Even in situations of tension and frenzy, Rick displayed kindness and logic. For that i am extremely grateful. IF you are in a bad property issue, look no further !!

Jennie and her staff were extremely quick and professional.I needed a cease and desist letter written and Jennie completed it and sent it off in less than 2 days, I was quite impressed. My only tiny feedback is there was a typo in the first draft of the letter that I wish would have been proofread, but it was quickly corrected and I was very pleased with the finished product and Jennie's quick and hard work. Would definitely go to her law office again if I needed anything.
