Several attorneys said i had no case. Clark Law wasable setttle my case for $150k even though the other side did not want to pay. I am thankful for this settlement so i can heal.

Clark Law and Associates were better then anyone could have expected. Professional, thorough, and Kind. After contacting several other attorneys about my landlord-tenant case, and being met with nothing but discouragement. I was told that tenants almost never win against landlords, to just forget it and move on. Then I found Richard. Davis Jr. he took the time to listen carefully and showed compassions for the injustices I endured from my landlord. He took my case and worked hard for me. Always encouraging yet realistic. This case was lengthy and at times discouraging. Rick never let up. Ultimately we won the case and collected from a landlord that was determined not to pay. Everyone in the office made me feel like they all had a vested interest in me and my case. All of them taking time to talk to me and encourage me when things got tough. What I appreciate the most what that I felt just as important as any other case they may have had, never feeling ignored or pushed to the back burner. Rick if the most honest man I have met in a long time. it seemed that his moto was “Take the high road, no dirty work” and yes, we still won. I am greateful to have met him just just as my attorney but as a person. He is one of a kind. I Can’t say enough about how glad I am to have had the privilege of having this law firm represent me.
